輔仁文社

輔仁文社由楊衢雲與謝纘泰等人創立，1892年以百子里一號二樓為社址，以開啟民智為宗旨，但社員私下常討論時局和政治改革；個別社員與孫中山接觸頻密。楊衢雲與謝纘泰其後成為香港興中會總會的核心成員，楊衢雲更曾出任該會會長。

作品以「輔仁文社 以文會友 以友輔仁」十二字構思而成，此十二字從紙卷中躍出，代表當年文社各人身體力行，積極推動改革。

Fung Lik Yan, Kevin

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Fung Lik-yan, Kevin, switched from an engineer to devoting fully to his art in 2011. He obtained the Diploma of Contemporary Sculpture from the University of Hong Kong in 1993, followed by his studies with the renowned sculptor Tong King-sum. Fung creates works that represent the daily rituals of Hong Kong’s middle class while exploring the challenges we all face. Fung has participated in a number of exhibitions in Hong Kong and mainland China as well as overseas. His works can often be viewed in public spaces and are popular among private collectors, institutions and museums. Fung is currently an appointed Museum Expert Adviser.
