香港大学是香港首间大学，于1911年成立；孙中山于1887至1892年就读的香港西医书院，于1912年并入香港大学成为医学院。 1923年2月20日孙中山访问香港大学，在「大礼堂」（现称陆佑堂）公开演说，当中曾提及「香港与香港大学是我的知识诞生地。」

香港一直被视为孙中山革命思想的摇篮。作品以1923年孙中山在香港大学发表的演说为题材，从演辞中撷取其中心思想，以互动方式，透过图像、文字，让公众自行联想，反思当年孙中山对社会、革命，以及自身理想的憧憬。
Wong Chiu Tat, Justin
Justin Wong, born in 1974, is a comic writer and media artist. After receiving his BA(Fine Arts) and MA(Interactive Digital Media) in Hong Kong and London respectively, he started to develop works that aims to explore the possibility of traditional art form in the digital era. His works includes comics, illustration, graphic design, animation and interactive installation. Apart from his major interest in political and social issues shown in his political comic column Gei Gei Gaak Gaak published in Ming Pao Daily, digital modern life is another topic commonly found in his other works. He is currently the artistic director of a new media art group, Writing Machine and lecturer in the Academy of Visual Arts in Hong Kong Baptist University.
